Hiya!

Just flying by! Wow 43 days! I cant believe it!

Still taking the Champix but just one 1mg tablet a day now

Things are going ok apart from in the last three days i have a mouth full of ulcers really Painfull too! Anybody else had this?

Oh well done Sophie, that's fab!!

Used to get tons of ulcers when I smoked - the dentist told me I was probably anaemic and iron tablets did help (although it was probably smoking related) so did eating iron rich foods

Also use Cordysl mouthwash 'cos that's good and try salt water mouthwashes. They're flipping miserable.

Hi Sophie, 43 days here too I'm also on Champix but just taking the bedtime pill as I couldn't cope with the nausea and dizziness at work. Lets see the back end of this foul, smelly monster once and for all
