week one, done!

well, my app says 6 days and 22 hours but i think i can safely say i'm not going to smoke in the next two hours so thats my first week done.

I'm feeling good, i'm eating my own body weight daily but i'll sort that out later, trouble with me is i can do a week quite merrily while that quit is still exciting and the battle is fresh but once it all settles down i look back and think that was pretty easy so i start again like a complete muppet.

Its not going to happen this time, i will not be duped, i will remain steadfast with a big bar of green and blacks to fend off any thoughts of nicotine, it just tastes soooo goood!

keep strong peeps

Week two

Well done on week one! I will like saying well done on week two, it does get easier. I'm nearly on week six the only time smoking comes into my mind when I make my visit to the forum, and I don't mean having one lol! I get a lot of encouragement reading through the forum, so i advise you to do the same, good luck on your quest to remain a non-smoker.
