Am really struggling to concentrate on anything at the moment, keep flitting from room to room, task to task, not really achieving anything except getting frustrated!
Really should be doing some planning for school, but I know that anything I do now is going to be a pile of junk and will just need to be re done later. Aaaarrrgghhhh!
Not sure what I can do, other than ride it out, but man it's hard!

Oooh that's normal Ems, my concentration went to bits in the first week (and am scatty enough at the best of times) but it does recover!!
You're doing a fab thing for yourself so take it gently and ride it out
First few days I was throwing things in the bin instead of putting them back in the fridge, and found at work my mind just kept wandering. Thankfully I'm feeling much more back to normal in that respect apart from the odd moment!
Thanks guys, seems to have calmed down a bit now thankfully. Decided to try and get back into jewellery making today to give me something to do with my hands and to occupy my mind which helped loads
Like you Gemma-Lou I can be scatty at the best of times, in fact am often called malteaser by my family and other half - as I'm brunette on the outside but blonde in the middle! Lol!
Hope you are alldoingok, I'm primed and ready for day 3 now
