Has anyone else found that they started doing silly things when they stopped? I've only been quitting for a day and a half. Although its only small things I keep doing stuff like throwing stuff in the bin when I was meant to be putting it in the fridge!

Someone I worked with used to say she was 'yonderly' no idea if it's a proper word but it describes the feeling exactly. :confused:
