Well done, Iv found lots of water and going to gym has helped me too. I read on some ones on here go walking if you get craving so after meals etc I have been having a little walk and when gym not open early I walk on a morning at 6am. Its given me a new hobby to work at lol and not think about them.

Thanks everyone:) Yes i found exercise really helps with cravings and just makes me feel better. I ve started Insanity 60 day workout and it is insane lol !!!I ve been in so much pain first few days last thing on my mind was to smoke. Plus definitely helps not having pack, pack and a half a day and hyperventilating half way through.
