Hi all, Day one for me. Im 23 and smoked 20 a day for 10 years.
Quitting with the socialites E cigarette, which has been a life saver today! Its not been a bad day today just need to keep busy

Well done for making the decision to quit!
Are you going to continue using the e-cig for the forseeable future, or do you plan to use it as an aid to stop altogether?
