Hi mash

I gave up on 11th march, 3 weeks today so now I moved into week 3 Forum.

I do so because that's how my smoking clinic consultant calculates it each week, and that's how I calculate it.

But it's up to u how u count ur days, weeks etc hun. Some ppl do it different! Xx

Thanks Natz!

Well my last cig was Sunday 10th march at 10:30 so my real quit day is probably 11th march as that was my first day of freedom!

I'll move to month 1 on the 11th April!

Onwards and upwards xxx

I stopped smoking on Friday 15th March, so had my last cig late on the Thursday evening.

So I will be a month on Friday 15th April.

I'm getting a funny awful taste in my mouth - hate to say it, but i'm caughing more which I believe is the lungs clearing up, so I think the taste is phlegm -awful subject but we have to be real.

Anyone else notice anything with regard to symptoms - or is there already a thread for that?

I'm surprised you haven't consulted the manual they give you when you sign up for the site which can be downloaded as a PDF. The answer you seek is right there in the FAQs.

It's very important to enter the next room when you're completely qualified. If too many people create their own methods of counting the weeks/months, there will be chaos everywhere, and disorder leads to the collapse of civilization as we know it.

So RTFM! :D

PS: I feel compelled to add this disclaimer: What I've written above is humor, and not everyone will think it's funny. I did do a dry run on a "Funny or Not" website, which uses some kind of algorithm to determine the humoristy of a given post. Mine fell in a gray area, and could not be guaranteed to create universal frivolity, so it's with some hesitation that I post it.

Glad to see the disclaimer lol!

I'll have a look and RTFM :D
