tight chest after 3 weeks, till now(3 months +)

Does anybody know of this complaint

went to the docs but no joy they said it was just through quitting. and have to ride it out seems like a long time with the complaint to me (11 weeks )

do have asthma but this is different ,lungs burn and back and neck tickles

Any help greatly appreciated
