Slowly but surely ridding myself of the cancerous beast.

Have used 40 bits of 2mg gum & 9 x Niquitin patches 21mg. Think my next appointment to see a nhs cesation counciler is next Thursday gonna reduce the strength of the patches at that stage assuming Im still trucking on.

Great work

Well done, u will no if u r ready to reduce. The other day I was without my patch for 3 days lost them lol. But I went in to my smoking clinic 1 day before my appointment and got my patches. I was coping well but felt I did not wanna take no chances. She said my 15mg 15 hour patches can be reduced properly next week. I'm ready to be reduced, but will continue to use patches. Everyday I have been putting patches on. Little later each day, so I'm preparing myself to be reduced. Wish u well on your journey x

Well done nadz keep strong you are doing great , Im not going to worry about the NRT for now will reduce as advised the most important thing at the moment is to remain smoke free. I find it harder at weekends as I have more free time but I am moving in the right direction. Thanks for the encouragement folks
