Well I must say this has been my most difficult day yet but on the upside I didn't give in so go me!

Lots of aunts and uncles visiting mum today so have been surrounded by smokers so no wonder I found it tough but hey ho here I am getting ready to move into day 5

That is such an achievement mrs mash!! Well done!!! Being around smokers is hard, but just sniff the air around them and it'll soon put you off coz they stink!!!!!!!keep it going, you're doing great xx

Hi so glad you have got through today 😀phewww ! I have found it really tough today as well !!! like the crave has lasted all day I very nearly threw in the towel lots of times but then came on here and read some posts watched the YouTube thing and feel so much better so a BIG thank you for that I look forward to day 4
