How do you motivate yourself?

Feeling so proud of myself today I just had to share…… :D

So far I have been smoke free for 10 days, and roughly 12 hours with 209 cigarettes not smoked and I have saved $43.37

Just last evening I speed walked 4 miles, completed 200 leg raises, 20 push- ups, 50 crunches, 50 each bicep curls, and tricep curls, 50 squats and 30 minutes to finish the set on my elliptical ……… I am now down to 103.8 lbs. or 47kg Whewwwwwww !!!

Take some of that shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit yah !!!!!!

The best part is the feeling you get when you can take those deep breaths without coughing and just keep going one more mile one more set…….

I know we all search for motivators to keep going, especially when we hit the couple of weeks mark and the quit becomes a bit boring, the excitement of quit day has faded and you start to wonder why am I doing this?

Find something, anything you have wanted to do and just go for it. It doesn’t have to be exercise, it could be a new hobby whatever but fill your time up with something that rewards YOU and don’t make it food :)

Xo
