I haven't smoked now for 4 wks using the quick mist spray but finding that I'm becoming dependant on it now no matter how much I try not to use it. Was wondering how well the champix tablet works?

Worked for me

Hi Joeyboys83 - I went on Champix and it worked for me. I haven't had a cigarette for 12 months now.

Champix is not a miracle pill in that the cravings don't go away completely, but the Champix tablets do take the edge off the cravings. That feeling you have when you could have a cigarette but you're not desperate for one - that's how you feel on Champix.

If NRT is not working for you ( it never worked for me ) & cold turkey seems too hard ( like it did for me) then Champix is certainly worth a try.

I never had any of the side effects that you see posted on internet forums - i never had depression or anything like that. Good luck making your decision.:)

The sprays are excellent I can't fault them I can't belive I ever used to stand in the cold smoking n the smell I can safely say ill never smoke again but I still crave the nicotine n I heard champix reduces the nicotine receptors in the brain?
