Day 15 for me.

Hi Folks,

Day 15 for me, the last week was quite OK - even included a boozy Friday night!!

I'll be careful this week, I have read about the terrible 3's - i.e the first 3 days, the 3rd week and the 3rd month.

I wondered if that applied to different methods of quitting - or if someone could have all three?!

I wonder if everybody gets the first three days, maybe people tend to come off Champix around 3 weeks, and patches/ lozenges at 3 months...?

I'm an Allen Carr CTer, so will let you know how my week has been next Monday

I'm not really believe in magic numbers, so maybe the 3rd is problem, but then...
