Hi!
I`m 26 years old and I`ve been smoking for 3 years. Recently my wife got pregnant and I decided to give up with bad habbits. It seemed to be very difficult that`s why I want to find some help here.

Hi Vano and welcome !!
As a good starting point have a read around the posts especially the early days of quitting ones and you will find tons of suggestions and an insight to the ups and downs in the beginning stages.
Well done for joining the forum and taking the first steps to a new smoke free life. You have the best reason in the world for stopping smoking , so many congratulations for your baby news!

Hi Vano, you've come to the best place & made one of the best decisions ever You are still young & have only smoked for 3 years so your lungs & general health will get better quicker & your new baby won't have to be around that horrible smell...
I think it's great that you have decided to stop smoking for your wife & child but mostly do it for you, good luck - i'm sure you will do it, just take it a day at a time.

Hi Vano
Congratulations on becoming a Daddy, best motivation for wanting to quit
There is o much support and positivity on this forum, so pull up a chair and dive straight in. Imagine all the things you can buy your baby with the money you will save.
Thank you. I`m just looking through the themes.
Hi Vano
Good for you deciding to quit, best decision you have ever made.
You have a fantastic reason to quit right there, congratulations
You also have the best weapon in the arsenal, your youth.
I wish you all the strength in the world for your quit, shake this off now, once and for all, while you are still so young
Take care
Greg
Welcome Vano, keep posting, this forum will get you through it as long as you stick with it
Hi Vano,
Like the others have said, this is a great thing you're doing for SO MANY reasons, the baby of course being the biggest one. And great that you are doing it while you still have youth on your side and can avoid any permanent damage from smoking.
Get a good solid quit going now, before the baby is born, so that when it arrives you can take all the sleepless nights and things in your stride without cigarettes!
It's hard, yes, but it can be easier than you think with the support of this forum, and with a positive attitude and a bit of stubborn determination! And life without cigarettes, once you get used to it, is better in every single way.
Be strong, for yourself and your little family.
