Im 55. and i've quit for 15+ months now. So I've added six more years to my life expectancy. That figure doesnt elicit any kind of excitment or even desire in me so its a good job i didnt quit for health reasons or indeed to live longer. I quit mainly because i wanted freedom from an oppressive life-sapping drug/habit. Im so glad i did quit ihad no idea the freedom would be so fantastic. who wants to live forever. Freedom rocks and nothing comes close to it.
