A very happy smoke free New Year to you. It is really exciting. After 2 months I am really starting to feel the benefits to my health , wealth and happiness. Life is good.
thats great, I feel better already. Do you feel fitter lung wise? I started walking again today and do feel less breathless funnily enough!
I feel really good, except that today I have toothache- may just be my body saying enough already to the christmas chocolate overload.
