Spent the afternoon in Jail !!

Hello my lovelies from Belfast

Having an absolute ball here, love, love Belfast!! The people are sooooo friendly. Spent the afternoon at Grumlin Road Gaol, what a fab tour, really interesting, loved it (Titanic Exhibition was good, but I liked Jail best).

Done a few firsts, FIRST NON SMOKING HOLIDAY, last night went to a Japanese Restaurant, never eaten Japanese food before, we were seated on the floor, meal was delish! And another first, went to to Mass at the beautiful Saint Malachy's Church this morning, never been to a Catholic Service before, folks were very welcoming, beautiful service, and also found it very emotional.

Also did the obligatory tour of pubs around Crown Saloon and now cosied up a little tipsy in my PJ's. - shattered!

Oh This sounds a great city, Nutmeg and sounds like you have some great firsts under your belt...esp the Japanese food. I used to teach a little Japanese girl and her packed lunches were a sight to behold- so beautiful to look at. Her mum used to make the most divine cakes- one in particular a cooked cheesecake was just out of this world. Never did get that recipe
