So its day 3, I have spring cleaned the whole house in an attempt to keep busy, but have done it faster than I thought. Any suggestions to keep my hands busy and my mind off the nicotine???

You could always read some old posts on here, I did an awful lot of that in the first few weeks and it really helped get my head into the right place.

Keep up the good work and if you're really struggling for something to do I suppose you could come and do my housework!

Do crosswords, read a book, word searches or just do what I do and go shopping!

Go for a walk/run, read, write your Christmas cards, try a new recipe, do a jigsaw, make some Christmas decorations, look at holidays (with money you and mrs save from not smoking

I dont believe your house is clean that quick. Have you done the loft, the cupboard under the stairs, The tops of the kitchen cabinets, under the sink, pulled out the fridge, washed the lampshades, rearranged your clothes by colour and use, sorted the sock drawer? I bet you didn't even clean behind the loo, scrub down the paintwork , and what about the car, the shed and disinfecting the dustbins. Get back to it ,slacker.
