Its not been easy and occasionally I still want to smoke, I've gained a few pounds (more like stones) but I've saved a ton of money and met new friends at the gym.

Wow thanks for the replies everyone My advice to you newbies....just keep going, don't give in and think of the money you'll save and you will feel better in yourselves.

Its not easy, its a drug and I still think about it but I go and do something....my house is spotless now :rolleyes:
