Well here i am folks. I feel bad for not posting this message much earlier but i felt slightly ashamed with myself.
When i first started out my quit back in March i lived off the support of this forum and it's excellent members. It's a real source of encouragement and i personally thrived on it. This forum made those real tough times much easier to cope with and i'll be forever grateful for that. I know how tough the first few days are for new quitters as i've been there and got the T-shirt.
What i'm trying to say is, I'm going to be more active in helping newbies quit. I've become very lazy recently in offering my support and advice to others but that's going to change from now on.

So, are you saying you had a smoke or that you are going to help more?
If its the former then i think you are brave to share. I wonder how many others have had the odd slip here and there and "pretended" it didn't happen and kept it to themselves?
Good for you.... you've just helped me decide i think im going to like this site.....

Totally get what your saying, rogue. I got so much help through this forum in the early days and have too become lazy on this forum. Time to get stuck in and offer support where it's needed!
