Loss of appetite, coughs that gag me, and a terrible headache this afternoon. Not sure if it has any relation to the quitting side effects? I haven't had a head ache at all since I quit. Maybe I'm just getting sick!

Can't say they are common side effects? Maybe see a doctor. Hope your quit is going well Keep it going Aliiciia.!:)

Hard to tell, but my guess is you're just going through the typical quitting wobbles. Anything mild to do with congestion / irritation of the nose, throat and chest; headaches and tiredness, anxiety, generally feeling off kilter for several days without any major outward signs of illness are pretty much par for the course.

Some people have mild symptoms related to their quit for weeks and even months. You should see your gp if you suspect anything more than what you might encounter during a typical year.

Aliiciia

Not much to add to what Alex has said - general feelings of illness manifest themselves in all sorts of strange ways for different people. Ride it out, visit the pharmacy and see your doctor if symptoms persist or get worse. Otherwise, well done on 2 weeks quit. :D

Wot forms of NRT are I taking? as I started with patches and I think it was them.. I cud harly eat a think felt line my tum was already full.. Was living on half a tin of soup a day.. It did go away tho about 2 weeks I would say when me patch got change to the lower one. And now I'm eating normal and more as I lost 6IB but now iv put it back on and more:eek:

Thanks everyone! Feeling much better today! I was pretty sick all day yesterday so I think it may have been a bug of some sort. Thanks again for the feedback! Day 14 today :-)
