It has been a touch and go couple of days. ive been treating this as an illness and been inside now for 3 days, although i went to the gym today, just so i can deal with the physical detox and then enter the world to deal with the mental on its own.
So im 54 hours in now and tbh i think its nearly all out of me because my cravings are now thoughts, no more knot in my stomache and the brain fog is beginning to clear as well. I have had the help of old champix which has been wonderful but like some might relate i really dont know how, it just has lol
I think this quit is for keeps. the first 2 days i could have really smoked at some points, today no. its nearly the end of the detox and im smiling

Fantastic the first three days are the worst and if you can get through them you can get through anything. Well done! I really beleive you know when the quit is gonna be a permanent one too!
