Its my sixth day without a cigarette. I used to smoke 10-15 a day, the quitting was not really that bad. Now I feel slightly good and fresh but slight headaches kick in sometimes

Hi Newborn,

Side-effects such as headaches, nausea, stomach aches, diarrhoea etc. are all quite normal side-effects of quitting, as are snot nose, coughing, heavy chest, sneezing, wheezing, tiredness, lethargy, anxiousness, paranoia, crabbiness, feeling generally pissed off at the world, screaming at the top of your lungs, crying, whimpering, writing notes to your neighbours about their excessive noise while nocturnal love-making, whereas you have other worries on your mind... better stop here before the sentence get too long.

I've been here over a year and I must say I've heard many side-effects of quitting... Heck, I think I'm even going to start a competition! :D

Oh, for your case... Hang in there... It gets better, I promise!

Alex.

Thanks guys, support is all I need at the moment, but I am getting closer to my goal day by day. I just can't wait for a month to pass by because these mood swings, headaches, etc.. are not healthy for a man
