Hi Everyone. I have done twelve weeks today and I am feeling good! I have a big night tonight it is the Manvhetser derby and I am a nervous wreck!! But no smoking for me will have to manage my nerves on my own (I am a City fan) So must go and watch this match. Have a good evening everyone!

Well done Haze, you're going great! Twelve weeks is a really strong quit. Just don't let those sneaky craves catch you out, always be prepared to say NOPE and the road will rise to meet you and the wind be at your back.
