I woke up this morning at 7.30 but somehow didnt want to get out of bed for the fear of wanting to smoke, I figured the longer I stayed in bed the easier it would be. I had one NRT lozenge this morning feeling good so far ......worried I came across some research about lung cancer and a link to the easier it is to give up :eek: I need to back away from Dr. Google lol
