I technically quit on Tuesday Morning. I caved at 7pm. I then carried on with the quit and caved again at 1pm on Wednesday. I've been smoke free ever since. This is my 2nd full day, but in the 3rd 24 hours if that makes sense?
I'm not sure it even matters, but I am finding this really hard. I'm on champix and I thought that was supposed to make it easier? It's odd though, I only smoked about 10 a day unless I was out drinking, it's not as though I was chain smoking, I guess I underestimated how hard this would be. Then again as someone's signature points out (I'm sorry I can't remember who it was, I saw it when I was lurking) I smoked for years to avoid the difficulty of stopping.
Everyone on here seems amazing though.
I know I can, I know I can, I know I can....
ETA It was DGee "I was willing to smoke for years to avoid three weeks of discomfort."
