No Smoking Day will be releasing the surprising results of some research we have been doing about the use of shisha in time for No Smoking Day on Wednesday 14 March - so check the UK papers on the day.
Shisha smoking – also called hookah or waterpipe smoking – is a method of smoking tobacco or other flavoured molasses through a bowl and hose. The hose ends in a mouthpiece from which the smoker inhales smoke into the lungs.
If you smoke shisha and want to know more about it check out this site which contains lots of information:
shishaware.org/ (this site is not part of No Smoking Day or the BHF)
Hope it helps
