15-20 mins bike ride every day
4-6 hrs bike on saturday
walking 2mls a day
5hrs fell walking on fridays
1 packet of bicuits instead of 2..
im happy to say ive lost 2.1 kilograms in a week and my mood is lifting from suicidal a mth ago to miserable interspersed with flashes of delight in living today. if i carry on like this and lose approx 5lbs (2.1 kg) per week. then in 10 wks i should have got rid of that excess baggage. yes please
