1st day complete

Well thats my first day over and done with not 1 fag, was going to stop tonight but had my last fag last night instead so champix seem to be working.

I had a few moments during the day 'this is the time to smoke' habbit i guess but thought nope not this time you little white stick :). here's to tomorrow.

Don't no what it is but today seems so much harder, might because my football team got hammered today, trying to keep myself busy but it's really not taking the edge of wanting a fag.

I had a hard time with that at first too. It does make you stronger though. You are staring the problem in the face, so it's a little uncomfortable at first, but as you grow bigger than the addiction... then who's uncomfortable

Also, some of us talk about odd topics, post jokes, Pictures of Cats or recipes, or share in our symptoms.

Post a couple of crazy cat pictures and you'll see em coming out of the woodwork .lol
