good morning . now on day 40 and doing well. got a nasty cold and a bit under the weather. was breathing through my mouth last night as my nose was blocked and my mouth dried up completely. nasty. hope you all avoid the cold and manage to keep off the fags. we seem a bit thin on the ground since hitting month two . happy days.

Cold sounds rough, I imagine worse if still smoking. I always tried Lemsip & Silk Cut and wondered why it took ages to get rid.
Does seem bit quiet month 2, worryingly:confused:
