I am keeping them busy away from me. lol! A little more telly, wii and ds'ing but its the holidays and mommy is trying not to be mad! I sent DH out to do some shopping. Sad but true I found him to be a major trigger!
I am focusing on drinking lots of water. I am afraid of gaining weight. I got a new water bottle with a straw type thingy.

oh im ok - feeling a little up tight , but thats not really unusual.
just one hour at the time today
drinking water is a great idea - going to get some now - no special cup for me though
youngest is driving me potty
well almost time to cook dinner , that will keep me busy

im a useless quitter - but very experianced for the first few weeks
I like your 'one hour at at time' idea. But right now I am doing 5 min at a time.
