Day 1 is nearly out the way Im using patch & gum & lozengers plus quick mist (im determined!!lol)
I did try for Champix but the doc wouldnt give it to me I have quit so many times the longest 3 months but always started patches then gone cold turkey after a while so this time im going to stick with the NRT and hope I complete the corse and quit for good by using it properly.
Today has been fine think I have so much nic in me my body is not craving at all!!lol Hopefully I can get through 3 weeks then I know I can do it I seem to fail anything up to 14 days passed that and hit the 3 week mark I know I can keep going!!
So good luck everyone wishing you all the best I want a smoke free xmas and new yr with a smoke free 2012 and for the rest of my life!!

So sorry the doc wouldn't give you Champix :mad: that is really bad cos it does help a lot. But hey, you have you and your motivation and this forum, and that is all you need. The fact that you are here and trying to quit so close to Christmas speaks volumes about you and your commitment, so well done you. Go for it girl
