All is good day 3 today no fags and moved house at the weekend so lots going on.Just wish i could stop picking cause im doing weight watchers and it wont be good on the scales next week.I got to goal after looseing 3 stone the last thing i want is to put weight back on.
I do still think about the fags cause moving has been very stressfull but with all your help i know i can do it this time xx
