Hi Everyone, new to the forum so looking forward to speaking to you all. Been smoking for about 15 years, decided to stop 8 days ago (cold turkey) havent had one since, and oddly for me, havent had a great deal of cravings/feelings of rage etc that I usually get.
Oddly, I've come down with a cold over the weekend and feeling pretty rough - sitting in work today and I'm craving like its day 1 again....unbelievable. Hope its just irritation brought on by the cold? Anyone have any similar experiences like this?

I'm 32 days quit...and still have days at work where a craving will hit me for six...I dunno whether it's a particular association with what I'm doing at the time (****ysing chromosomes is a particular difficulty). But yeah still happens and I'm hoping it'll lessen with time. Well done on staying quit for 8 days CT...a big achievement.
