In day 12...

hi everyone,

time is moving very fast, today is day 12. I guess I am used to being a non-smoker. In the first days, nicotine addiction was strong but especially in the second week, it gets easier as time passes.

I had a problem on sleeping, could not sleep or sleeping only a few hours. Last week, what I have made is to limit time in bed, 7 hours fixed from 23:00 to 6:00 and resist to lay down for a nap etc. Also had extra exercise in the gym and more cardio work-out etc.

Finally I could manage to sleep straight 7 hours without a disturbance and woke up relaxed this morning.

Also forgot to mention that I stopped drinking coffee in the afternoon.

If anyone have sleeping disorders, I recommend trying these daily in a week. You will see that this problem is sorted out...

Glad you managed to get some sleep QT. Thanks for posting that it gets easier in the sencond week cos at day 5, I'm struggling to get motivated to do anything. Just feel like I'm "waiting around" for something to happen...to feel like I want to smoke I guess. Very silly I know.

Thaks for posting about the sleep thing too. I'm going to try your regime as I'm struggling to get to sleep too. Well done on Day 12.
