Today or Tomorrow?

I stopped smoking on May 1st this year, so does that mean i can say today that i've quit for 6 months, or tomorrow? I think that today i can say I haven't smoked for a full six months, then tomorrow i can say that it six months since i last smoked.... if that makes sense... or am i overcomplicating this??

Either way - believe me, if I can make it this far, so can you! I still can't believe i haven't lit up or had one singular puff in all this time.

And I never will! :D
