I haven't smoked for three days and I am half way through day 4 and except for a couple of tense moments which I find difficult to explain because I didn't want a cigarette but those moment's passed anyway.

I am using Champix to aid my quit and it seems to be a big help! I have decided my first reward for not smoking for 1 week which =£42 saving, will be a new printer from Amazon costing £40 better than blowing it up in smoke don't you think.

And yes, a printer is definitely much better than the tox-sticks - much more solid than some smoke, ash and dirty butt-ends
