How are you all? Haven't been on for ages as we were away. Glad to say I've stuck to it, not that I haven't thought of it. I've actually been amazed. Went through quite a rough time recently and thought I'll feel better if I smoke. I reminded myself how many years I wanted to quit and did I really want to ruin all the good work I've managed. The answer of course is no.
