Hey everyone, I posted a thread about magnesium a while back (here) I felt it helped me relax and get back into better sleeping patterns in my early quit days. After a while I stopped using it, not sure if it was doing anything. Then I tried out this sample of a magnesium powder just recently and I was surprised how much it immediately relaxed me... it made me think of folks in their early quits and the stress that goes along with it.... maybe someone will find the information useful!
