........ since my last post on my quit :(

I was doing well then had one of those days when I constantly thought about having a cigarette. Nag, nag, nag all day long. Not even a crave that was over and gone before you knew it. Sadly for me I gave in to it eventually  Since then it has been stop, start, stop etc......

Enough is enough. I have been following the same pattern in my attempted quits for so long. I know I can have iron strength will power for some things but this one thing that I need to and must do, haven't found it yet.

Well, today is the day I am going to try my damndest to find it. If it is ok with you guys I will post how it has gone each day even if there is nothing much to report! Just yawn and pass over my post lol :p

Well done on having another go Gaynor.

Good luck and don't worry about posting every day. I felt I had to do it as well, just to get my feelings out.

Lingy :)

Hi Gaynor,

I know how you feel. I am just over 4 days into my quit and while yesterday was quite easy, this afternoon I got the craving from hell which just came out of the blue  And it went on for hours. I was so close to giving in cos I felt as if I was going through Day 3 all over again and was shocked at how desperate I felt. I even went for a walk in the park sucking a pen (hope nobody noticed :D) But when I went into the newsagents and saw the cigs on the shelves I thought "no, I just can't." Where that came from I don't know, probably from reading so much on this forum.

I hope you get back into your quit, and wish you all the best.

Take care now,

Zoe :)
