Hi everyone just joined this forum today and cant believe how helpful it has been. Reading everyones comments has been a great incentive to keep going. I am on nicotine patches and have been a non smoker from Wed 7th September. With the support of this forum (and the patches) i intend to keep up the hard work of being a non smoker.

Welcome Mojo, and well done for getting through your first 9 days. As you will have seen from other posts, the feeling is generally that you have been through the worst of it already.

Thank you Mrs T. I have read that and am hoping that is the case, i have quit twice before (the longest was only 2 mths) and every quit seems to have been different. With this quit i feel so positive and hope i have cracked it
