at least now u have the advantage of knowing the cigarette[s] didnt help the situation and made u feel ill
use this blip and take your strength from it dont dwell on it use it to your advantage
i think u are brill for getting straight back to your quit i dont think i would, i think i would be an addict again for months or even years, so u are showing extreme strength to over power it
Hi elaine glad you're in your second week. Time seems to pass so slow when you're quitting . I'm on day eleven and it feels like months . I guess we've just gotta keep chiping away at it. When i get to week 3 i'll feel like i'm getting somewhere . Have a nice day
