I am now on day 3 of my quit and I'm already seeing the benefits of quitting.
My energy levels are up, and I feel miles better in myself.
Earlier on today I had a tickle in my throat which was making me cough alot, I'm guessing that means my throat is repairing or something. It's stopped now anyway.
On day 1 of my quit I weren't sure how long this quit was going to last, but today especially I feel so determind not to smoke. I'm taking it day by day I think that's the best way for the minute. So we'll see how it goes.
Thanks, Daniel.

Well done Daniel. I'm on day 3 too and its approx my 10th effort to quit. For the first time Im using the patches. It certainly makes it easier in the intial period my current worry is whether I am just delyaing the inevitable cold turkey but even with the nicotene in my body I definitely feel a lot better than I did three days ago.
Its a strange one isn't, I think you get a sense of euphoria when you quit as your body cleans itself up but its always coupled with the nagging withdrawal symptoms!
