Hey Everyone

I'm still here, I haven't died or given in or anything. I've just had a busy weekend and now I've got food poisoning :mad: So spending the day slowly melting in the heat. I'm off work because its best to be near a toilet But I should have gone really 'cos at least they have air-conditioning.

That's a thought i suppose but i was doing alright by myself haha. Bit better today anyway, still feel pretty rough but i've got some of my energy back
