Today I spent longer in bed, passed that time that I would of been usually sat in the garden with a coffee and a cig! I also put on a patch about an hour before I got out of bed in the attempt of avoiding screaming my way around the house when I got up and saw a cushion out of place or a coffee cup not put in the dishwasher
So far so good....I am quiet.....for now
I really hope I can do this x

Day 3 can be difficult as can the next month or so.....Like me you are here to keep strong and talk about your quit or replying to other members maybe.Remember just one cig will ruin the quit.....Be very strong and think about the massive advantages of being a non smoker...It is difficult but you MUST want to really stop.I'm over half way through day 3 and am feeling cravings but I know from my previous 6 month quit that they will soon pass.Take it day by day..my home already smells fresh again and in 3 days maybe i've saved £10-£15.Its not just about money,Its a better life for sure without the constant need for a cigarette which tastes horrible anyway. And the health benefits are enormous.Be proud you know you can beat this dreadful habit......you can......douglas.j
