Made it through day 1 and 2, even whilst stood next to a whole cigarette counter on my own so very proud. Didn't make a thread yesterday, but it went fine!
Should have too many problems today, but I am going out for a few beers later.
Can't help thinking I'm throwing myself in at the deep end and setting up for failure, but I've done it much more easily than I could ever imagine so this is the final test I guess!
Thanks for the support!

Made it through, even sat in a room full of people smoking all night. After an initial slight wanting a cigarette, I didn't even think about them after.
Champix is an amazing drug if you don't get any side effects!
Aw that's brilliant Pepsi! I have to admit I was worried in my first 2 weeks when I was invited out to the pub with my friends to celebrate something. I found I had nothing to worry about and a bit guilty that I was wrinkling my nose a bit at the stale smell of my mates coming in from having a smoke! Now I don't worry about it much at all, I feel sorry for them more than anything!
Keep on enjoying you're new smoke-free life. It's pretty awesome =)
back to work tomorrow were i tend to smoke either driving to work or on fag breaks at work. taking chewing gum for car drive. going to stay strong and bite my nails off instead.
