Its 115 days without tobacco today, but i have thought about smoking, WHY i am closing in on week 17, if i smoke i will waste all these smokefree weeks, staying strong

hi alan. im a bit behind ya..will be 13 weeks on saturday but i know how your feeling..it just comes upon us at times usually when we least expect it but you are staying strong and doing the right things!! you have worked so very hard to get to this point and lets face it--you dont want to go through thoses first weeks again...they are tough and youve made it so far and you can do it--you have already proved that to yourself!!:D stay quit luv!!

Hey Alan, 3hours, 3 days, 3 weeks then 3 months. It's true the terrible 3's but if it's any help the next 3 is 3 years. I found it very hard at three months but it was not for long. It's not craving but more like wanting, wanting back something you had before. Something that is missing from your life I remember posting I want my life back because it did not feel normal anymore.

You have come a long long way on the road to being a non smoker. You have climbed that steep hill and things will be becoming more level now. Soon it will be downhill all the way so keep strong you will not regret it I promise.
