Day 1 complete!

As of 10.30 tonight I've officially gone 24 hours without smoking! Not gunna lie and pretend it's a walk in the park, it's pretty damn hard but I feel good for it! No patches or anything like that, I'm going completely cold turkey.

Good on you futures, after day three it does get better. I done cold turkey too, with the help of this forum and reading allot of the threads. Good luck if you need support your in the right place. Bet.

Before you know it you will be in day 2 !!!.

Its hard but you can do it, stay strong and keep thinking of all the positive reasons ,read read read . it helps alot .
