Hi just looking for some advice. :D

I'm on day 9. I keep having dizzy spells. Had a bad episode on saturday where i felt i was going to faint. The dizzy spells happen daily. Is this normal?

Many thanks

Bex, are you using champix or NRT? It could be that, affecting you. If so you might need to think about changing your dosage.

I think even if you're not, the body is getting a lot more oxygen than it's used to, and it can make you dizzy or give you feelings like vertigo. Some mild exercise, walking etc, might help.

Keep going! You're doing great.

Hi Bexstar

I got dizzy spells with patches, especially if I left them on all night.

As hels says if you're on NRT of some kind you might want to reduce the dose.

If it\'s not maybe you should have a quick chat with your doctor?

I felt very dizzy in the first few days of the quit. But if truth be told I've never actually felt well or energised since I quit!!! I'm sure the benefits are there somewhere for us tho'!!!:)

Not what you're looking for?
