still here and mighty proud of myself and all of my fellow new year quitters and of the newbies just starting out and the oldies (not in age ) who are streaks ahead of us and still have time to come on and help everyone

Yup, me here too
im here. Terrible 3s are nearly over!!
Well done everyone. So how many craves do people get on average? Still a few for me but can deal with them no problem.
Next milestone is not smoking in beer gardens and on holiday.
fingers crossed
cravings are defintly fewer and easier to push away:D...my next obstacle--im going on vacation in 2 weeks for 12 days...if i can get through this smoke free ill be sooo happy..please root for me
Well done to you all
Still here with no hiccups so far and off the Champix now, so this is just me now. Well done everyone.

I'm still here
Hello
Hi all ,
Well I have just joined today ,been quit three months now using the patches I have gone down to 15 mg for two weeks then down again then that is it.
Feeling quite tired again after going down in patch and headaches are back also wakening at night, hoping it will pass again soon.
Hi kyleolivia1930
Welcome to the forum and well done on your quit.
When I have stepped down on patches before it was only a slight problem for a couple of days at the most. The body soon adjusts so just ride through it. Not too long before you will be able to come off them completely

This time lol?????
Not all the time, the first few days where the worst. I am using patches and lozenges which I find help me a great deal. We are all different of course. Perhaps some gentle exercise may help you if you are still constantly tired? Have you felt like that for the 3 months of your quit?

Some days I am fine some days so tired ,like I can not be bothered to do anything ,if you get what I mean .I do have a hectic life ,disabled daughter with care needs so I am on the go all the time ,think also because I have lowered patches now it feels like the same issues I had when I first started them ,not sleeping well, nightmares ect ,think it will pass ,also loads problems with spots and sinuses too.
